NAME
       checktargetsortedness - check BAM file for sortedness


SYNOPSIS
       checkTargetSortedness infile.bam


OPTIONS
       'infile.bam' is the name of the BAM file to check for sortedness. The program will output
       a short message describing the sortedness status of the file.
