NAME

       kmos_sky_tweak - Removal of OH sky lines

SYNOPSIS

       esorex kmos_sky_tweak [OPTIONS] FILE.sof

DESCRIPTION

        This recipes is an advanced tool to remove OH sky lines.

   BASIC PARAMETERS
       --tbsub If set to TRUE subtract the thermal background from the input cube.

       Default value is TRUE.

         Input files:

OPTIONS

       --ifu <long>
              Only  reduce the specified IFU (long; default: 0). The full name of this option for
              the EsoRex configuration file is kmos.kmos_sky_tweak.ifu [default = 0].

       --discard_subband <bool>
              Ignore last sub-band in the sky tweaking (bool; default: False). The full  name  of
              this      option      for      the      EsoRex      configuration      file      is
              kmos.kmos_sky_tweak.discard_subband [default = False].

       --stretch <bool>
              Stretch sky (bool; default: False). The full name of this  option  for  the  EsoRex
              configuration file is kmos.kmos_sky_tweak.stretch_sky [default = False].

       --stretch_degree <long>
              Stretch  polynomial degree (long; default: 8). The full name of this option for the
              EsoRex configuration file is kmos.kmos_sky_tweak.stretch_degree [default = 8].

       --stretch_resampling <str>
              Stretch resampling method (linear/spline) (str; default: ´spline´). The  full  name
              of     this     option     for     the     EsoRex     configuration     file     is
              kmos.kmos_sky_tweak.stretch_resampling [default = spline].

       --plot <long>
              Enable plotting (long; default: 0). The full name of this  option  for  the  EsoRex
              configuration file is kmos.kmos_sky_tweak.plot [default = 0].

       --tbsub <bool>
              Subtract thermal background from input cube (bool; default: True). The full name of
              this option for the EsoRex configuration file is kmos.kmos_sky_tweak.tbsub [default
              = True].

       Note  that  it  is possible to create a configuration file containing these options, along
       with suitable default values. Please refer to the details provided by the 'esorex  --help'
       command.
