NAME

msXpertSuite-data — Linear (bio)-polymer chemistry definitions for use
       with msXpertSuite

DESCRIPTION

This manual page documents briefly the msxpertsuite-data package shipped along with the
msxpertsuite package of the msXpertSuite software suite.

This package contains the architecture-independent data that are required for the proper
functioning of the msXpertSuite software package (shipped in the msxpertsuite package).

At the moment, the data contained in the package pertain to the massXpert software module
and are about atom definitions and polymer chemistry definitions (proteins, saccharides,
       DNA, RNA).
