FUNCTIONS

   dsa_encrypt
       DSA based encryption as implemented by libtomcrypt. See method "encrypt" below.

       Encryption works similar to the Crypt::PK::ECC encryption whereas shared DSA key is
       computed, and the hash of the shared key XOR'ed against the plaintext forms the
