SYNOPSIS

               # handle the failures
           }

DESCRIPTION

       Validation::Class::Directive::State is a core validation class field directive that
       handles state validation for states in the USA. States will be validated against a list of
       state (case-insensitive abbreviated and long) names.

       For example: ny, NY, New York, and new york will validate.
