SYNOPSIS

PARAMETERS

       VF_PROP_T *p_prop
              The property we're querying.

DESCRIPTION

       Locate  the  CHARSET  property  which  indicates  the  character  encoding  in use - which
       indicates how the octet stream encoded in the VCARD is to be decoded into characters.

RETURNS

       Pointer to character encoding name eg. "UTF-8".
