NAME

       ecartis - a mailinglist system

SYNOPSIS

       ecartis [options]...

DESCRIPTION

       The  ecartis binary is only directly called by the ecartis user, either
       by the mail system or by the list administrator.   This manual page was
       written for the Debian GNU/Linux distribution.

       ecartis handles mailinglists.
