NAME

       fence_node - A program which performs I/O fencing on a single node.

SYNOPSIS

       fence_node [OPTION]...

DESCRIPTION

fence_node is a program which accumulates all the necessary information
for I/O fencing a particular node and then performs the fencing action
by issuing a call to the proper fencing agent. fence_node gets the
necessary information from the Cluster Configuration System (CCS). CCS
must be running and properly configured for fence_node to work
       properly.

OPTIONS

-h Help. Print out the usage syntax.

-O Force a connection to CCS. This overrides the usual requirement
that the cluster be quorate to get information from ccs.

       -V Print version information.

EXAMPLES

To fence a node called ‘‘bellerophon’’:
              prompt> fence_node bellerophon
