NAME

       ('mia\-3dseries\-track\-intensity',) - Track intensities of pixels in series of 3D images.

SYNOPSIS

       mia-3dseries-track-intensity -i <in-file> -o <out-file> [options]

DESCRIPTION

       mia-3dseries-track-intensity  This  program  tracks  the intensity of a pixel at the given
       coordinates.

OPTIONS

   File-IO
              -i --in-file=(input, required); io
                     input perfusion data set
                      For supported file types see PLUGINS:3dimage/io

              -o --out-file=(output, required); string
                     file name for output intensity slopes

   Help & Info
              -V --verbose=warning
                     verbosity of output, print messages of given level  and  higher  priorities.
                     Supported priorities starting at lowest level are:

                        info ‐ Low level messages
                        trace ‐ Function call trace
                        fail ‐ Report test failures
                        warning ‐ Warnings
                        error ‐ Report errors
                        debug ‐ Debug output
