sinfo_utl_ima_line_corr - Computes result of ima1 op ima2
esorex sinfo_utl_ima_line_corr [OPTIONS] FILE.sof
This recipe performs image computation. The input files are images their associated tags should be IMA. The output are the images cleaned by the defect introduced by SINFONI sw
--kappa <int> Kappa sigma value (int; default: 18). The full name of this option for the EsoRex configuration file is sinfoni.sinfo_utl_ima_line_corr.kappa [default = 18]. --filt_rad <int> Filtering radii applied during median filter. Should be small (int; default: 3). The full name of this option for the EsoRex configuration file is sinfoni.sinfo_utl_ima_line_corr.filt_rad [default = 3]. Note that it is possible to create a configuration file containing these options, along with suitable default values. Please refer to the details provided by the 'esorex --help' command.
