DESCRIPTION

       fmix is a command line program from EMBOSS (“the European Molecular Biology Open Software
       Suite”). It is part of the "Phylogeny:Discrete characters" command group(s).

           File containing one or more data sets

       -intreefile tree

       -weights properties

       -ancfile properties

       -mixfile properties
