NAME

       pxrevcomp - Reverse complement sequences from nexus, phylip, or fastq to fasta.

SYNOPSIS

       pxrevcomp [OPTION]... [FILE]...

DESCRIPTION

       Reverse  complement  sequences from nexus, phylip, or fastq to fasta.  Can read from stdin
       or file, but output is fasta.

       -s, --seqf=FILE
              input sequence file, stdin otherwise

       -o, --outf=FILE
              output sequence file, stout otherwise

       -h, --help
              display this help and exit

       -V, --version
              display version and exit
