NAME

       Bio::Tools::Run::Signalp - wrapper for the Signalp program

SYNOPSIS

         Build a Signalp factory

         my $factory = Bio::Tools::Run::Signalp->new();
         # Pass the factory a Bio::Seq object
         # @feats is an array of Bio::SeqFeature::Generic objects
         my @feats = $factory->run($seq);
