Detailed Description

       This MemoryGrp class requires a MT-safe MPI implementation.

       The default MessageGrp must be a MPIMessageGrp. MPI must be safe with respect to the
       default ThreadGrp. Alternately, a MessageGrp and a ThreadGrp can be passed to the
       constructor.
