vbtmap - create a t-statistic map for VLSM

       vbtmap <lesionfile> <scorefile> <outfile> <flag> ...

vbtmap is part of the VoxBo suite of tools for brain image analysis.

vbtmap takes as input: a 4D lesion file containing 0/1 lesion maps for
a series of subjects; and a 1D file containing a score for each
subject. It carries out a separate t-test for each voxel comparing the
scores of those subjects with a lesion in that voxel with the remaining
subjects. vbtmap can optionally calculate a Welch's t-test, and can
       calculate FDR-controlling thresholds.
