NAME

       tetra - Tetraedra reference element

DESCRIPTION

       The tetraedra reference element is

               K = { 0 < x < 1 and 0 < y < 1-x and 0 < z < 1-x-y }

NUMBERING

       The  orientation  is  such that triedra (01, 02, 03) is direct, and all
