       towlower - convierte un caracter ancho a minusculas


SINOPSIS

DESCRIPCI'ON
       La  funcion towlower es equivalente para caracteres anchos a la funcion
       tolower. Si wc es un caracter ancho, se convierte  a  minusculas.   Los
       caracteres  que no tienen un equivalente en minusculas se devuelven sin
       cambiar.  Si wc es WEOF, se devuelve WEOF.


VALOR DEVUELTO
       La funcion towlower devuelve el equivalente en minusculas de wc, o WEOF
       si wc es WEOF.

OBSERVACIONES
       El  comportamiento  de  towlower depende de la categoria LC_CTYPE de la
       localizacion actual.

       Esta funcion no es muy apropiada para tratar con caracteres Unicode  ya
       que  Unicode  reconoce tres tamanos: mayusculas, minusculas y tamano de
       titulo.
