gfscompare2D, gfscompare3D - computes the difference between the solutions in FILE1 and FILE2 for variable VAR.

This manual page documents briefly thegfscomparecommand.

**OPTIONS**

These programs follow the usual GNU command line syntax, with long options starting with two dashes (`-').
