SYNOPSIS

       HTMLDocument::RequiresAttribute( String )

ARGUMENTS

        The String contains details of the error

DESCRIPTION

       This Exception is thrown by various parts of the module, usually when an attribute has the
       wrong format. For example, the name attribute of an input element may not be empty.
