       Mime::unQuote - Unquote mime fields

SYNOPSIS

       String unQuote( String input )

ARGUMENTS

       input The input

DESCRIPTION

       Some  parts  of  Mime data may be quoted, but are not always. This helper function removes
       the quotes if they exist.
