NAME

       Prelude::toUpper - Returns a copy of the string with all letters upper-cased

SYNOPSIS

       String toUpper( String s )

ARGUMENTS

       s The string to upper-case

DESCRIPTION

       Returns a copy of the string with all letters upper-cased

    s = toUpper("Hello World!");
    // s = "HELLO WORLD!"

       This function may give unusual results with non-ASCII characters.
