       SCGI::BadNetString - Bad NetString

SYNOPSIS

       SCGI::BadNetString( )

DESCRIPTION

       SCGI  header  data  is  encoded  as  a  NetString.  This Exception is thrown if it was not
       possible to parse the SCGI header as a valid NetString
