NAME

       createablnotexpr - complements an expression.

SYNOPSYS

       chain_list ∗createablnotexpr( Expr )
         chain_list ∗Expr;

PARAMETERS

       Expr                The expression to be complemented.

DESCRIPTION

       createablnotexpr complements the expression Expr and eventually does a simplification. The
       expression pointer Expr MUSTN'T be used after the call to this function.

RETURN VALUE

       createablnotexpr returns the new complemented expression.

EXAMPLE

          chain_list ∗ExprA;
          chain_list ∗ExprNotA;
          ExprA = createablatom( "a" );
          ExprNotA = createablnotexpr( ExprA );
