       Expr                Expression where to search.

       Oper                Operator to search.

DESCRIPTION

       isabloperinexpr tests if Oper appears in Expr.

RETURN VALUE

       isabloperinexpr returns 1 if Oper appears in Expr and 0 otherwise.
