NAME

       XML::Mini::Element::Header - represents XML headers in XML::Mini parser

DESCRIPTION

       The XML::Mini::Element::Header is used internally to represent <? xml blah="hohoho" ?>
       type headers.

       You shouldn't need to use it directly, see XML::Mini::Element's header() method.
