NAME

       sinfo_utl_skymap - Flags sky lines as bad pixels, with map generation

SYNOPSIS

       esorex sinfo_utl_skymap [OPTIONS] FILE.sof

DESCRIPTION

       This recipe flags as bad pixels sky lines.

       Input are sky frames with tag SKY Output image is called out_skymap.fits

OPTIONS

       --xsize <long>
              X  box  size  (long;  default:  1).  The  full  name  of this option for the EsoRex
              configuration file is sinfoni.sinfo_utl_skymap.xsize [default = 1].

       --ysize <long>
              Y box size (long; default: 30). The  full  name  of  this  option  for  the  EsoRex
              configuration file is sinfoni.sinfo_utl_skymap.ysize [default = 30].

       --thresh <float>
              Threshold  (float;  default:  30.0).  The  full  name of this option for the EsoRex
              configuration file is sinfoni.sinfo_utl_skymap.threshold [default = 30.0].

       Note that it is possible to create a configuration file containing  these  options,  along
       with  suitable default values. Please refer to the details provided by the 'esorex --help'
       command.
