       use Moose; "

          use HTML::FormHandler::Moose;
          extends 'HTML::FormHandler';

          has_field 'username' => ( type => 'Text', ... );
          has_field 'something_else' => ( ... );

          no HTML::FormHandler::Moose;
          1;
