           Examples:

               );

   delete
       ·   Delete a comment

               DELETE /repos/:user/:repo/issues/comments/:id

   get
       ·   Get a single comment

               GET /repos/:user/:repo/issues/comments/:id

   list
       ·   List comments on an issue

               GET /repos/:user/:repo/issues/:id/comments

   update
       ·   Edit a comment

               PATCH /repos/:user/:repo/issues/comments/:id
