       addcr - converts 0x0a to 0x0d 0x0a

SYNOPSIS

       addcr

DESCRIPTION

       addcr converts all rest-of-the-world newlines to windows-style newlines. Data is expected on standard
       input and returned on standard output. If windows-style newlines already exist, nothing is changed.

       addcr is used inside the Courier Mail Server but it might also be useful for interactive use.
