       Canu  is  a  fork of the Celera Assembler designed for high-noise single-molecule sequencing (such as the
       PacBio RS II or Oxford Nanopore MinION).

OPTIONS

       For a brief usage summary, call canu without any arguments.

       -options
              Show a full list of parameters
