DESCRIPTION

       sga-mergeDriver.pl - generate sga merge commands from a list of files usage: sga-mergeDriver.pl [options]
       <files> options:

       -t,--threads=N
              use N threads for the merge processes

       --bin=PROG
              use PROG as the sga executable [default: sga]
