       -h [ --help ]
              Print this help message and exit

              Print licensing information and exit

OPTIONS

       -o [ --outfile ] arg
              Set output file name [Default: INPUT.kix]

       -t [ --trim ] arg
              Ignore k-mers with more than t occurrences. [Default: no limit]
