NAME

       mlpack_hmm_loglik - hidden markov model (hmm) sequence log-likelihood

SYNOPSIS

        mlpack_hmm_loglik [-h] [-v]

DESCRIPTION

       This  utility  takes  an  already-trained  HMM (--model_file) and evaluates the log-likelihood of a given
       sequence of observations (--input_file). The computed log-likelihood is given directly to stdout.

REQUIRED INPUT OPTIONS

       --input_file (-i) [string]
              File containing observations,

       --model_file (-m) [string]
              File containing HMM.

OPTIONAL INPUT OPTIONS

       --help (-h)
              Default help info.

       --info [string]
              Get help on a specific module or option.  Default value ''.

       --verbose (-v)
              Display informational messages and the full list of parameters and timers at the end of execution.

       --version (-V)
              Display the version of mlpack.
