sreview-skip - skip a state in the SReview video review system

sreview-skip id
DESCRIPTION
sreview-skip is used for skipping a state in the SReview video review system. It simply marks the given
talk as "done" in the current state, and quits, relying on sreview-dispatch to move it to the next used
state.
While this may seem quite useless, it can be useful if a number of talks need to be retranscoded, but
their cuts have already been removed and you don't want to have to manually okay every one of them.
It can also be useful when no notification is to be used.
