       vcf-shuffle-cols [OPTIONS] -t template.vcf.gz file.vcf.gz > out.vcf

DESCRIPTION

       About: Reorder columns to match the order in the template VCF.

OPTIONS

       -t, --template <file>
              The file with the correct order of the columns.

       -h, -?, --help
              This help message.
