NAME

       Bio::Matrix::Scoring - Object which can hold scoring matrix information

SYNOPSIS

         use Bio::Matrix::Scoring;

DESCRIPTION

       An object which can handle AA or NT scoring matrix information.  Some transformation
       properties are available too.
