       probe::scheduler.tick - Schedulers internal tick, a processes timeslice accounting is
       updated


SYNOPSIS
       scheduler.tick


VALUES
       name
           name of the probe point

       idle
           boolean indicating whether current is the idle process


CONTEXT
       The process whose accounting will be updated.
