SYNOPSIS

       Shape_PointInPoly shpfile_path quality

DESCRIPTION

       Commandline program to generate points-in-polygons from a shapefile as a shapefile.

OPTIONS

       shpfile_path
              shapefile

       quality
              quality of points to create
