NAME

       pm-stash - expand a local NCBI PubMed archive into a trie

SYNOPSIS

       pm-stash dir

DESCRIPTION

       pm-stash  populates  dir  with  a  trie  containing  compressed  individual  records corresponding to the
       compressed NCBI PubMed XML files in the current directory.
