SYNOPSIS
pxaa2cdn [OPTION]...
DESCRIPTION
Takes in AA alignment and unaligned Nucleotide file to give a Codon Alignment. This will get rid of any sequences found in either only the Nucleotide or the Amino Acid Alignment This will take fasta, fastq, phylip, and nexus inputs. -a, --aaseqf=FILE input sequence file, stdin otherwise -n, --nucseqf=FILE input sequence file, stdin otherwise -o, --outf=FILE output fasta file, stout otherwise -h, --help display this help and exit -V, --version display version and exit
