NAME

       pxmrcacut - Extract subclade(s) from tree(s).

SYNOPSIS

       pxmrcacut [OPTION]...

DESCRIPTION

       Extract  subclade(s)  from  tree(s).   Takes  in  newick  tree  and MRCA file with format:
       MRCANAME = tip1 tip2 ...

       -t, --treef=FILE
              input newick tree file, stdin otherwise

       -o, --outf=FILE
              output newick file, stout otherwise

       -m, --mrca=FILE
              file containing MRCA declarations

       -h, --help
              display this help and exit

       -V, --version
              display version and exit
