NAME

       pxmrcaname - Label internal nodes with clade names.

SYNOPSIS

       pxmrcaname [OPTION]...

DESCRIPTION

       Label  internal  nodes  with clade names.  Takes in newick tree and MRCA file with format:
       MRCANAME = tip1 tip2 ...  If no MRCA file is present, this will label anything that  isn't
       labeled

       -t, --treef=FILE
              input newick tree file, stdin otherwise

       -o, --outf=FILE
              output newick file, stout otherwise

       -m, --mrca=FILE
              file containing MRCA declarations

       -h, --help
              display this help and exit

       -V, --version
              display version and exit
