NAME

       reapr-plots - makes Artemis plot files for a given contig

SYNOPSIS

       reapr plots [options] <in.stats.gz> <outprefix> <assembly.fa> <contigid>

OPTIONS

       -s <prefix>
           This should be the outfiles prefix used when score task was run
