ARGUMENTS

       handle
           [in] cipher handle

       inlen
           [in] size of ciphertext

       assoclen
           [in] size of associated data (AD)

       taglen
           [in] size of authentication tag

DESCRIPTION

       return minimum size of output data length in bytes
