SYNOPSIS

PARAMETERS
• read_prefs: A mongoc_read_prefs_t.
DESCRIPTION
This function shall deep copy a read preference.
RETURNS
Returns a newly allocated read preference that should be freed with mongoc_read_prefs_destroy().
