DESCRIPTION

InSilicoSeq: A sequencing simulator

OPTIONS

optional arguments:

-h, --help: show this help message and exit
-v, --version: print software version and exit

available subcommands:

model: generate an error model from a bam file
generate: simulate reads from an error model
