SYNOPSIS

DESCRIPTION

       patmattest is a command line program from EMBOSS (“the European Molecular Biology Open
       Software Suite”). It is part of the "Test" command group(s).

OPTIONS

   Input section
       -sequence sequence

       -expression string

   Output section
       -outfile outfile
           Default value: stdout
