SYNOPSIS
       vcfgenotypecompare


DESCRIPTION
       adds  statistics  to  the  INFO  field  of  the vcf file describing the amount of discrepancy between the
       genotypes (GT) in the vcf file and the genotypes reported in the .  use this  after  vcfannotategenotypes
       to get correspondence statistics for two vcfs.
