DESCRIPTION

       /build/rust-coreutils-mQkL0l/rust-coreutils-0.0.14/debian/tmp/usr/bin/mkdir  0.0.14 Create
       the given DIRECTORY(ies) if they do not exist

   USAGE:
              /build/rust-coreutils-mQkL0l/rust-coreutils-0.0.14/debian/tmp/usr/bin/mkdir
              [OPTION]... [USER]

   ARGS:
              <dirs>...

   OPTIONS:
       -h, --help
              Print help information

       -m, --mode <mode>
              set file mode (not implemented on windows)

       -p, --parents
              make parent directories as needed

       -v, --verbose
              print a message for each printed directory

       -V, --version
              Print version information

       Each MODE is of the form '[ugoa]*([-+=]([rwxXst]*|[ugo]))+|[-+=]?[0-7]+'.
