          use Bio::Tradis::DetectTags;

          my $pipeline = Bio::Tradis::DetectTags->new(bamfile => 'abc');
          $pipeline->tags_present();

PARAMETERS

   Required
       "bamfile" - path to/name of file to check

METHODS

       "tags_present" - returns true if TraDIS tags are detected in "bamfile"
